About the QFX5210-64C-AFI2
The QFX5210-64C-AFI2 provides 64 QSFP28 connections and two SFP+ ports for data-center spine-and-leaf IP fabrics. It uses AC power and back-to-front airflow and runs Junos OS with base software features. AFI2 is the current part-number format for the same hardware as the earlier AFI version.

Back-to-front: air enters at the power-supply side and leaves at the port side. Maximum AC draw is 960 W.
Do I need a license to run it?
No. Standard software features run without one on the 2x SFP+, 64x QSFP28 ports. Optional tiers (Advanced 1, Advanced 2 and Premium 1) are listed in Support & Licensing above. Juniper Care is offered too.
Is AFI2 new hardware compared with AFI?
Same hardware.. Juniper’s AFI2 and AFO2 part numbers cover the same hardware as the earlier AFI and AFO versions. It has 2x SFP+, 64x QSFP28 and 2x JPSU-1100W-AC-AFI.
