About the QFX5120-48T-AFI-T
For TAA-compliant copper switching with power-supply-side intake, the QFX5120-48T-AFI-T provides 48 10GbE RJ-45 ports and six 100GbE QSFP28 uplinks. It serves data-center and campus networks using AC power and back-to-front airflow. Junos OS runs on the switch, with Virtual Chassis support for up to two members.

Air enters at the power-supply side and leaves at the port side, which is back-to-front cooling. A fully loaded unit draws up to 251 W on AC.
Does the TAA copper model support a managed pair?
Yes. It supports two members operating together under Virtual Chassis management.
Is a tier license required for basic use?
No. You can run the standard software without one on the 48x RJ-45, 6x QSFP28 uplink ports, and add Advanced 1, Advanced 2 and Premium 1 later from Support & Licensing above. Juniper Care is offered too.
